Eden Gardens Landscaping LLC is a Florida limited liability company registered in 2023 and based in Leesburg. We maintain lawns and landscape beds for homeowners, HOA-managed properties, and small commercial lots across Lake County. Our work is scheduled by route, not by call volume — the same crew returns to the same properties, which is why most of our accounts are on recurring maintenance rather than one-off cleanups.
Florida summers do most of the growing between June and September, so our maintenance calendar shifts with the season: weekly cutting through the wet months, biweekly from late fall, with irrigation checks before the dry season sets in. We are not a national franchise and we do not subcontract our routes.

Mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and drives, and blowing hard surfaces clean at the end of each visit.
Shrub and hedge trimming, weeding, and bed edge definition. Seasonal pruning timed so flowering shrubs are not cut back before bloom.
Pine bark or cypress mulch refresh at the depth the bed actually needs, and St. Augustine or Bahia sod for replacement of damaged turf areas.
Zone-by-zone inspection for broken or blocked heads, and timer adjustment for Lake County watering-day rules.
Leaf and debris removal, storm cleanup of downed limbs, and cutting back growth after the summer wet season.
